The Sales Operations Director is responsible for operational excellence to support wholesale and
consumer orders. This includes the development and execution of program tracking, order-to-cash
process optimization, and leading continuous process improvement with consumer care. This role
demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and a commitment to
continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrate the Core Values in daily execution of tasks and interactions with others.
• Partner with customer contacts to provide data-driven insights on replenishment orders and optimize shipment processes.
• Oversee program tracking efforts to ensure timely and accurate execution against key milestones.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on trade partner operational requirements, coordinating internal efforts to meet these requirements and mitigate operational chargebacks
• Drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives within the Customer Care team, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in the order-to-cash process, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Develop, measure, track, and optimize key operational KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Build and maintain a best-in-class Sales Operations team through effective leadership, talent acquisition, and a culture of accountability.
• Act as the subject matter expert on domestic carrier operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in logistics.
• Oversee the daily execution of Brick-and-Mortar purchase order compliance, ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Provide support to the Sales Operations team in achieving shared goals, initiatives, and coverage plans.
• Leads weekly Sales and Operational Execution monthly projection process.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, maintaining flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Oversee the performance, development, and growth of direct reports through goal setting, evaluations, and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
• Leverage employee engagement survey data to inform action plans aimed at enhancing team performance and satisfaction; analyze survey results, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted initiatives to foster a more engaged and productive workforce, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
