Davenport University offers a unique, experiential approach to learning. Whether studying business, healthcare or technology, students undertake outside projects and learning experiences and may even earn credit for previous work experience. Davenport offers associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in such fields as: - Business Administration - Computer Gaming and Simulation - Health Administration - Marketing - Paralegal Studies The education that all students receive goes beyond the classroom. Experiential learning at Davenport includes internships, academic service learning, complex projects undertaken with local businesses, and study abroad programs. Students may also receive credit for previous relevant work experience. Student life opportunities include a number of academic, special interest, service and social clubs, activities and organizations. Recently graduated high school students entering as freshmen need to have a high school diploma or GED. Submission of transcripts, SAT scores and an interview with a Davenport admissions officer are also required. Students may also apply for financial aid by filling out a FAFSA. Based on their income and other factors, their financial need will be determined and they will be awarded Pell grants, loans and/or other sources of aid.
