Registered Behavior Technician (Residential Setting) (Full-Time)

VanderArk B Program | Girls Ages 12–17 | Specialized program for youth with developmental disabilities

Why Wedgwood?

Since 1960, Wedgwood Christian Services has been dedicated to boldly taking on the toughest mental health and behavioral health problems in West Michigan. We serve children, teens, families, and adults through residential care, counseling services, and community programs.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing daily care, supervision, behavioral support, and skills-based intervention to adolescents living within a residential treatment program. In addition to supporting normal daily operations of the residential unit, RBT staff coordinate with the Program BCBA and treatment team to implement individualized behavioral interventions, skill acquisition programming, and data collection procedures grounded in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and trauma-informed care.

If you are passionate about ABA, behavioral health, trauma-informed residential care, youth advocacy, and therapeutic mentorship, we invite you to apply.
