Where healing begins.
Many of the teens who enter our program have never experienced a safe or supportive home. As an Assistant Residential Home Supervisor, you’ll help create that space. Working hand-in-hand with our clinical team, you’ll model trauma-informed care, guide staff through daily challenges, and support residents in developing emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and life skills. Your leadership helps set the tone for the home—building trust, stability, and hope. By showing up with empathy and consistency, you’ll make a lasting impact on the lives of our youth.
