How the Jumpstart Program Works:

The Jumpstart Program provides financial support while you complete your nursing education.

There is no work requirement during the stipend period. This program is designed to help ease financial stress so you can focus on successfully completing your nursing program.

After graduation and licensure, you'll begin your RN career with MercyOne and make an impact from day one.

Program Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in the final semester of an accredited RN program
  • Successfully graduate and obtain RN licensure
  • Pass the NCLEX within 6 months of graduation
  • Sign and return the Program Agreement before stipend payments begin
  • Commit to an 18-month employment agreement with MercyOne following licensure
