RN Residency Program:

Our ANCC - accredited Nurse Residency Program is designed just for you - created to support a smooth transition from student to practicing nurse through hands on experience, mentorship, and a strong support system.

We're also proud to be the only health system in West Michigan with an accredited transition to practice program, setting you up for success from day one.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide patient care with support from experienced nurses
  • Build your clinical confidence in a real world setting
  • Learn, grow, and develop your skill through guided practice and mentorship

What You'll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 600 clinical hours in an acute care setting
  • BSN Required, If not in a BSN program you must enroll into a program within 6 months of starting employment and complete within 4 years.
  • Active Michigan RN license at the start of the cohort.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA
