3 Lacks at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is a 32‑bed, all‑private‑room acute care unit specializing in geriatric patients (65+). This high‑acuity, adaptable care environment unit manages telemetry, cardiac drips, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP, and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment.

3 Lacks follows a nurse‑directed, team‑based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs. The hospital is a NICHE Exemplar Organization, recognized for excellence in geriatric nursing and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Position Summary:

Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

What Registered Nurse, RN will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.

  • In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire

  • Licensed in the State of Michigan

  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

What you will work

  • Full Time

  • 3 - 12 hour shifts

  • 7p - 7:30a
