Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Ultrasound Technician to join our team in Watertown. The ideal candidate will be experienced in women’s health imaging, committed to high-quality patient care, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Perform high-quality OB and GYN ultrasound examinations
Document, analyze, and present imaging results according to established protocols.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the imaging process.
Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and front-office staff to deliver seamless patient care.
Accurately enter patient data and maintain records in the EMR system.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate of recognized training program of Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent. (RDMS)
Experience: 1 year of Clinical Ultrasound experience. Registered or Registry Eligible. Registry Eligible must pass exam within one year of hire.
Licensure: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. (RDMS)
Skills: Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology. Ability to recognize subtle differences between healthy and pathological areas. Ability to maintain harmonious and effective relationships with patients and personnel. Ability to adequately use, or learn to use, the department's computerized system and its associated devices.
