The Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator is a frontline nursing leadership role responsible for supporting the operational management of the unit while fostering an environment of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role ensures compliance with all applicable licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards and promotes ethical, professional nursing practice.
The RN Coordinator provides unit-based leadership, actively engages staff, and supports evidence-based practice to drive continuous improvement and organizational change. The Coordinator identifies operational and clinical challenges, recommends solutions, and participates in their resolution. This role requires the ability to provide direct patient care, manage staff, make independent decisions, and assume managerial responsibilities as needed.

Pay Range: $41.85 - $59.00
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
