Now Hiring: Hospice On-Call RN – Make a Meaningful Impact
$10,000 Bonus
Location: This on call every weekend from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 8am- salary role

What You’ll Do:
As a Hospice On-Call RN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll assess, plan, and implement nursing care in alignment with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive the support they need—when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical, emotional, and spiritual assessments
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and caregivers
- Respond to urgent needs during your shift, including admissions, symptom management, and crisis support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in good standing-IL
- Hospice or palliative care experience required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Pay range: $$35.80-$57.28
