Your Purpose

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Resource Team, you’ll be a vital part of our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate care and support that honors their dignity and independence.

What You’ll Do

  • Support residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals
  • Pass medication
  • Assist with mobility and transfers using lifts, wheelchairs, and other equipment
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises
  • Accurately document care in our Care Tracker system
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition
  • Support admissions, discharges, and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism

What You’ll Need

  • A current, active CNA certification in the State of Michigan
  • At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
  • Willingness to travel within our Southeast Michigan communities
