Position Summary:

The RN in the Infusion Center oversees and coordinates care for a specific specialty area and assigned caseload. This includes facilitating appropriate care, assisting patients and families in navigating treatment, and ensuring efficient progression through the healthcare continuum.

What You Will Do:

  • Complete comprehensive health assessments, including physical, psychological, social, environmental, financial, and functional status
  • Develop treatment goals and care plans in collaboration with providers
  • Serve as a clinical expert and resource for staff and patients
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and adjust care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to support individualized patient care

What You Will Need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
    • Grand Rapids candidates with ADN must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete within 4 years
  • Current RN license in the State of Michigan
  • Chemo/Biotherapy Certification (or must obtain within 6 months of hire)
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
