Heartwood Lodge is seeking a Floor Care Tech (Floor Technician) for their community in Spring Lake, MI.

Floor Care Tech
- Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
- Floor Care including stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and disinfecting daily.
- Coordinate daily floor care activities with nursing department when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
- Keep work areas free of hazardous objects such as protruding mop/brook handles, unnecessary equipment, supplies etc.
- Clean carpets to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting. Remove dirt, dust, grease, film, etc from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Applicable trade school education preferred.
- 1 yr. of Experienced preferred
