Responsibilities include: assisting the sick, disabled, and infirm at home by rendering personal care, light housekeeping, and related services necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements include: High School education or equivalent GED, with active CNA licensure in PA. Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from patient's home daily.
Minimum qualifications
1 year Certified Nurse Assistant/C.N.A. required
Documentation of one year’s employment as a Certified Nurses aide in an institution, home care, or hospice setting.
Valid Driver's license in PA
Must be able to function in a practice environment with minimal direct supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with agency’s client and their family.
Must accept responsibility for maintaining skills, learning and adhering to agencies policies and procedures on an on-going basis.
Ability to consistently demonstrate the Organizational Core Competencies and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.
Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
