FirstChoice is the internal travel program and local float pool offered through Trinity Health System with available opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Float/Work at 2-4 Local Hospitals:
St. Mary Medical Center – Langhorne, PA
Nazareth Hospital – Philadelphia, PA
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital – Darby, PA
St. Francis Hospital – Wilmington, DE
Schedule Options:
Per Diem -
Option 1 – Minimum of 24 hours per month
Option 2 – Minimum of 60 hours per month
No Weekends or Holidays required
Requires floating to minimum of 2 regional sites
Assignments –
Select between 24 or 36 hours per week (12 hour shifts).
Select between 8 or 12 week assignments.
Based at one location for duration of assignment.
Includes every other weekend rotation.
Day and Night shift options.

How to Qualify:
1. Minimum of 2 years current acute care RN experience within Emergency Department.
2. Valid Pennsylvania RN License for PA Hospitals
3. Valid Delaware Single State or Compact License for DE Hospital
4. Valid BLS, ACLS & PALS Certifications through American Heart Association. TNCC Certification required. NIHSS preferred.
5. Willingness to Float
6. Cannot hold a concurrent position at Trinity Health facility
