Trinity Health Grand Rapids is hiring for our RN Residency Program. The RN Residency Program is designed for the recent graduate of an approved nursing educational program that is acceptable to the Board of Nursing and eligible to take the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX).
Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) accreditation. Trinity Health Grand Rapids is now the only nursing organization in West Michigan with an accredited transition-to-practice program.
Summary:
The RN Resident (under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse) provides and facilitates patient care through the application of the nursing process and implementation of physician orders within the framework of established policies, procedures, standards and guidelines for patients in specific clinical settings.
