TowerPinkster, an architecture, engineering, and interior design firm is is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to provide support to our President + CEO, COO, Board Chairperson, and CFO to ensure they can effectively and efficiently accomplish vital tasks and firm initiatives. This position will be in either our Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo Michigan office.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Provide executive-level administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting letters and memorandums, and preparing communications for the executive and other leadership team members as needed.
Assist in preparing executive-level reports, including compiling documents, preparing presentations, and generating spreadsheets.
Assist the executive leadership team with project-related tasks, including writing and editing documents as requested.
Manage the executive leadership team's daily calendars to schedule meetings, compile agendas and other documents as requested, and arrange travel needs.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including Board Meetings, Shareholder Events, Leadership Team Meetings, and other special events as requested.
Attend executive-level meetings as required, draft meeting minutes, follow up, and distribute as requested.
Other duties as assigned.

Good listening and comprehension skills and patience with understanding needs, including the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Ability to keep the executive leadership team informed using appropriate communication methods.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional experience in an administrative support role, preferably experience supporting leadership.
College coursework related to business administration and administrative duties is highly desirable.
Strong working knowledge, at an advanced level, of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel is desired.
Knowledge of the architecture and engineering industry is a plus, as it enables the ideal candidate to understand various business situations.
POSITION LOCATION:
Ability to travel and work in both Michigan offices, Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a weekly basis.
