We are hiring an Order Fulfillment Consultant who will be responsible for processing of orders in the assigned area of business, customer satisfaction and support.
What you will be doing:
- Exposure to medium complexity daily business projects in dealer business, logistics & exports for growth purposes & based on location needs.
- Work closely with assigned dealership network and/or direct customers as well as a wide variety of internal teams (material management, scheduling, factories, logistics, marketing, sales) to ensure on time & complete delivery of our products according to customer needs.
- Manages the entire life cycle of an order, production scheduling & order amendments, delivery planning, logistics, export if needed (respecting custom regulations specific to the assigned markets).
- Develops, maintains, and applies problem solving, user centricity, flexibility in supporting different business models & markets to align on current organizational context.
- Contribute to team success through various tasks, process optimization & continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Shows a good degree of attention to details & ability to fulfill work with a high level of correctness, has good work standards.
- Shows ability to use critical thinking and raise the issues faced, as well as help identify & implement solutions, working for resolution with senior peers and/or team leader / manager.
- Continuous Improvement mindset: monitors & improves performance using critical thinking & effective communication skills.
- Shows flexibility to support different business models & markets across region; team player attitude, sharing knowledge, and offering to help with any team task to the best of their capabilities.
- Able to demonstrate problem solving capabilities by exploring alternative solution, monitoring constantly orders, anticipating risk factors, and working to mediation.
- Planning and Organizing: establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
