Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator fluent in both Spanish and English to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience through efficient scheduling, communication, and coordination of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about creating positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual, phone, and onsite) across multiple time zones for talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, initiating background checks, and managing new hire documentation.
- Conduct screening and sourcing support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.
- Provide translation support for candidate communication materials, job postings, and onboarding documents when needed.
- Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting initiatives as assigned.
- Partner to improve and optimize operational effectiveness with TA processes and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve TA processes and enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required. Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Taleo) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment with flexibility for remote work, depending on business needs.
- May require occasional travel to hiring events or job fairs.
