About this opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing marketing materials, managing digital communications, and supporting our sales team with compelling proposals and presentations. This position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across various marketing disciplines. Primary tasks include proposal writing, sales deck creation, and social media coordination.
Job responsibilities include:
- Social Media Coordination - Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms, develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance.
- Email Newsletter Management - Design, write, and distribute monthly email newsletters, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign performance metrics.
- Graphic Design Work - Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital graphics, and promotional content that align with brand guidelines.
- Proposal Writing – Interpret client RFPs and coordinate construction bid proposals, coordinate with project teams to gather technical specifications, and ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Sales Slide Deck Creation - Develop professional and persuasive presentations for sales meetings, customize decks for specific clients and projects, and maintain a library of reusable presentation assets.
- Marketing Team Support - Assist the Marketing Manager, Chief Strategy Officer, and CEO, as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts or related equivalent experience.
- Construction Background: An understanding of construction means and methods.
- Eye for Details: Accuracy is critical for success in this role. Candidate must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.
- Tech-know-how: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient in social media content creation. Experience with Prezi, MailChimp , Survey Monkey, Procore, or Bldr is a plus.

Base pay is positioned within the beginning salary range based on several factors including a candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
