Job Summary:
The IT Manager is a highly organized and personable team member who will streamline and oversee all
O-A-K technology infrastructure across all divisions. This individual will manage licenses, software, and
technology support while acting as the key liaison with third-party IT business partners. The IT Manager
will ensure all team members have the tools and support needed to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Seve as the central point of contact for all technology-related issues and projects.
• Organize and facilitate technology support across all divisions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and implement solutions to boost productivity,
efficiency, and accuracy.

• Manage and maintain software platforms, tools, and equipment for seamless functionality.
• Provide training and onboarding for employees on software and hardware, troubleshoot issues, and
deliver technical support as needed.
• Act as the primary relationship manager with technology vendors, ensuring service expectations are
met and overseeing daily IT operations.
• Develop and maintain a well-organized technological infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs and utilize their full
capabilities.
• Stay informed about new features and competitor solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors to identify and implement continuous improvements.
• Prepare cost-benefit analysis for necessary upgrades and monitor vendor performance to ensure
optimal service and value.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and maintain data backups to ensure business
continuity.
• Lead and manage business critical IT projects and system administration tasks.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software to improve IT solutions.
• Track and maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

hardware functionality.

Education and Experience
• 5-10+ years of experience in IT Management.
• Experience working in companies with 50+ employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
work experience).
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft) are a plus.
