Miller Johnson is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our Medical Recovery Practice Group in our Grand Rapids office. This is a unique opportunity to work on the healthcare provider side of workers’ compensation, representing healthcare systems in recovering and managing claims. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume caseload, representing clients at hearings across West Michigan, counseling hospitals and healthcare systems on claim strategy, communicating with insurance carriers and adjusters, and conducting legal research and analyses.
