This role serves as strategic and consultative business partner to Supply Chain and Manufacturing organization. They will ensure strategy enables the business to achieve outcomes through organizational effectiveness, talent management, culture management, leadership and organizational development, as well as employee engagement. any union organizing activity.

What You'll be Doing:
- Develop, implement and manage HR strategies that support the Supply Chain & Manufacturing organization’s business strategy in the areas of organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, career development, and rewards and recognition.
- Provide supportive HR leadership to team of HR managers providing day-to-day support in all Supply Chain & Manufacturing locations.
- Conduct regular talent planning discussions and develop/implement appropriate action plans to ensure development of high potential talent and preparation of leadership pipeline.
- Review and provide guidance on promotional and compensation changes to ensure reward structure across the business area is aligned to performance.
- Act as a liaison to business partners and HR functional specialists regarding compensation and benefit issues, training, organizational design, staffing and labor/employee relations as appropriate.
- Advise and counsel business partners on all aspects of performance management including coaching, delivery of feedback, performance discussions, and conflict management.
- Partner and/or lead in the investigation and resolution of grievances and employee relations issues within organizational units.
- Responsible for the execution and deployment of corporate-wide initiatives and HR special projects, including staffing initiatives and restructures within client group.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including previous leadership experience.
- Advanced Degree, such as Master’s in Industrial/Labor Relations and/or PHR/SPHR preferred
- Experience with managing multi-unit operations in a large corporation.
- Experience in deploying workforce planning systems including talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills
- Track record of influencing and providing consultation to leadership
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
