Head of Customer Success

We’re looking for a Head of Customer Success with experience leading SaaS teams through significant growth. You’ll own our customer success strategy and work hands-on with Account Management, Onboarding, and Customer Support to help customers get more value from Ludus while maintaining the service and relationships we’re known for.

Full-time · Hybrid · Ada, MI · 3 days minimum in office (Monday, Wednesday, The third day can vary each week based on schedule and team needs.)
