Position Summary:
The College of Computing at Grand Valley State University invites applications for affiliate faculty positions. Applicants must have a minimum of Master’s degree in computer science or related fields with preference to candidates with a PhD degree. The start date for this position is no later than Fall Semester 2025.
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum starting salary of $65,000, commensurate with experience

Primary Duties:
Teach undergraduate or graduate courses in the College of Computing
Other responsibilities include membership on College of Computing shared governance committee(s) as well as other forms of community service.
Required Qualifications and Education:
Master's Degrees (or higher) in Computer Science or related fields.
Experience in teaching courses at the undergraduate or graduate level in computing.
Ability to teach diverse core and applied computer science courses.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
Previous teaching experience in areas of interest related to Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity or core/basic Computer Science courses.
