This Academic Year position will provide customer service and support for all stages of application processing which would include reviewing and processing admission applications for completion, data entry, document management, reviewing official transcripts, computing and inputting GPA’s, processing transfer equivalencies, and inputting test scores. The position will follow documented application requirements and established policies and procedures to effectively process applications. This is an Academic Year position that generally works August through April.

Receives general instruction from a designated supervisor but is generally expected to work independently.
Supervision Exercised:
Hire, train, supervise, schedule, and coordinate the work of student employees and may act as lead worker to other PSS staff members within the department/unit/division.
Salary: C-3 Level. Minimum starting salary of $18.95 per hour
Campus: Allendale
Job Type: Academic Year (~9-month), fulltime 8 am – 5 pm
