Working Conditions: This position primarily operates in an office environment while regularly interacting with leaders, employees, volunteers, and guests throughout the organization. The role requires frequent movement between offices, meeting spaces, grounds, and exhibition areas. Occasional outdoor work may be required in varying weather conditions. The position requires regular use of computers, HR systems, audiovisual equipment, and standard office technology. Flexible scheduling may occasionally be required to support organizational needs, events, meetings, training programs, or special projects. Physical Requirements: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner must be able to sit, stand, walk, communicate effectively, and move throughout the workplace for extended periods. The role requires the ability to operate computers and office equipment, review documents, facilitate meetings, and conduct presentations. Occasional lifting, carrying, and moving of materials or equipment up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally may be required. The position requires sufficient visual, verbal, and auditory capabilities to effectively communicate with employees, volunteers, leaders, and guests while performing the essential functions of the role.
