We are seeking a Concert Hospitality (Sponsor) Coordinator who thrives in high-energy environments and is passionate about delivering polished, high-touch guest experiences for sponsors, partners, and VIP guests.

By coordinating hospitality services, supporting guest engagement, and maintaining high service standards, you help strengthen key relationships and enhance the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Do
Deliver Sponsor & VIP Hospitality
  • Provide a welcoming, high-touch experience for sponsors, partners, and VIP guests
  • Support hospitality across premium seating areas, lounges, and sponsor spaces
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Coordinate Concert-Day Hospitality Operations
  • Prepare and manage hospitality carts, supplies, and service materials
  • Support ticket distribution and sponsor arrival experience
  • Monitor hospitality areas to ensure consistent service throughout events
Support Volunteer & Service Coordination
  • Coordinate and guide volunteers assigned to hospitality areas
  • Assign roles, provide direction, and support coverage during events
  • Help maintain service consistency across multiple locations.
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner with Philanthropy, Events, Food & Beverage, and Security Teams
  • Communicate updates and align hospitality service with event timelines
  • Support seamless coordination across fast-moving concert environments
Support Event Wrap-Up & Continuous Improvement
  • Assist with breakdown, inventory, and post-event documentation
  • Gather feedback to improve sponsor hospitality programs
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all hospitality areas

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, events, guest services, or food & beverage
  • Experience supporting VIP, sponsor, or client-facing experiences preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and service consistency
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Additional training in Hospitality, Event Management, or Customer Service preferred.
  • Certifications: First Aid/CPR certification preferred. Alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred or ability to obtain
  • Preferred Experience in live events, concerts, or venue-based hospitality. Experience coordinating volunteers or supporting service teams. Familiarity with food and beverage service or hospitality operations.

Working Conditions: This role operates in a concert-driven, guest-facing environment across multiple indoor and outdoor locations, including amphitheater seating areas, sponsor lounges, hospitality suites, and service zones. The schedule includes evenings, weekdays, and holidays, with hours that vary based on concert programming. The position requires frequent movement between hospitality areas and event spaces, often in crowded, high-energy environments. Work conditions may include dim lighting, amplified sound, and active event setups. Regular interaction with sponsors, VIP guests, artists, and cross-functional teams is expected, requiring professionalism and discretion. Outdoor exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, and precipitation is common.
Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 6-8 hours or more during events. The position involves lifting, carrying, and transporting items such as hospitality supplies, food and beverage items, and equipment (typically 20-35 pounds). Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling are required during setup and service. The ability to navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and crowded event spaces is necessary. Fine motor skills are required for handling materials and preparing hospitality setups. Clear communication in person and via radio or written methods is required, along with the ability to observe details and maintain safety and service standards in fast-paced environments.
