We are seeking a Concert Hospitality (Experience) Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating seamless, welcoming, and well-organized experiences for every guest. Working Conditions: This role operates in a concert-driven, guest-facing environment across multiple indoor and outdoor locations, including amphitheater seating areas, sponsor lounges, hospitality suites, and service zones. The schedule includes evenings, weekdays, and holidays, with hours that vary based on concert programming. The position requires frequent movement between hospitality areas and event spaces, often in crowded, high-energy environments. Work conditions may include dim lighting, amplified sound, and active event setups. Regular interaction with guests, volunteers, artists, and cross-functional teams is expected, requiring professionalism and discretion. Outdoor exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, and precipitation is common. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 6-8 hours or more during events. The position involves lifting, carrying, and transporting items such as hospitality supplies, food and beverage items, and equipment (typically 20-35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds). Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling are required during setup and service. The ability to navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and crowded event spaces is necessary. Fine motor skills are required for handling materials and preparing hospitality setups. Clear communication in person and via radio or written methods is required, along with the ability to observe details and maintain safety and service standards in fast-paced environments.
