If you enjoy creating meaningful learning experiences and engaging diverse adult audiences, we'd love to hear from you. Working Conditions: This role operates across indoor and outdoor learning environments, including galleries, classrooms, gardens, and public program space. Work may take place in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and light precipitation. The position requires frequent movement throughout the grounds and interaction with guests, staff, and volunteers in both structured and drop-in settings. Work environments may range from quiet program facilitation to active, high-traffic public spaces. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods while facilitating programs. The position involves occasional lifting or carrying of materials (typically up to 10-25 pounds), as well as bending, reaching, and kneeling during hands-on activities. The ability to navigate indoor and outdoor spaces, including uneven terrain and stairs, is required. Clear communication and the ability to observe and respond to guest needs in dynamic environments are essentail.
