The schedule regularly includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours that may vary based on event volume. The position requires frequent movement throughout the venue, including navigating event spaces, hospitality suites, back-of-house areas, and administrative offices. Work environments range from quiet preparation periods to high-energy events with elevated noise levels. Regular interaction with clients, guests, staff, and volunteers is expected, requiring strong communication and professionalism. Outdoor work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation. Duties may occasionally take place in dim lighting, near amplified sound, and in food and beverage service environments. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 6-8 hours or more during events. The position involves lifting, carrying, and moving items such as chairs, tables, decor, and supplies (typically up to 20-40 pounds). The role requires clear communication in person and via radio or written notes, as well as the ability to observe details and ensure event accuracy and safety.
