We are seeking a Coordinator, Concert Catering Logistics who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoys coordinating complex backstage operations to ensure seamless service execution. Working Conditions: This role operates in a concert-driven, high-energy environment across multiple indoor and outdoor locations, including backstage catering areas, green rooms, production spaces, and service zones. The schedule is event-based and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours that may vary depending on concert and tour needs. The position requires frequent movement between front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including navigating crowded backstage corridors, loading zones, and storage areas. Work environments may include dim or changing lighting, amplified sound, and active production settings. Regular interactions with artists, touring personnel, vendors, and internal teams is expected, requiring professionalism and discretion. Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperatures, and noise levels is common, as well as work near food preparation areas, equipment, and high-traffic spaces. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 6-8 hours or more during events. The position involves lifting, carrying, and transporting items such as catering supplies, trays, and equipment (typically 20-25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds). Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling are required during setup, service, and breakdown. The ability to navigate stairs, ramps, uneven surfaces, and busy backstage environments is necessary. Fine motor skills are required for handling service items, arranging setups, and operating basic equipment. The role requires clear communication in person and via radio or written methods, as well as the ability to observe details and maintain safety standards in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
