We are seeking a Coordinator, Culinary Arts & Events who enjoys owning client relationships, collaborating with culinary teams, and delivering exceptional service from planning through execution. Working Conditions: This role operates in a fast-paced, event-driven environment that includes both indoor and outdoor spaces across the grounds, with conditions varying by season and event needs, including under inclement weather conditions. The schedule regularly includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours that may fluctuate based on event volume and peak seasons. The position requires frequent movement throughout the venue, including navigating event spaces, back-of-house areas, hospitality suites, and office settings. Work environments can range from quiet administrative spaces to high-energy, crowded events with elevated noise levels. The role involves regular interaction with clients, guests, and cross-functional teams, requiring consistent professionalism and strong communication skills. Outdoor work may involve exposure to heat, cold, wind, precipitation, and varying terrain. Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, often 6-8 hours during events. The position also requires lifting and carrying items such as decor, supplies, and equipment (typically up to 20-40 pounds), as well as bending, reaching, and assisting with setup and breakdown. The ability to navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and large event spaces is necessary. Additionally, the role requires clear verbal communication, use of radios or written logs, and occasional computer-based work.
