| Summary of Position: | This position supports First-Gen Programs within Student Success Initiatives and University College by assisting in the development, coordination, and implementation of programs and services designed to advance the success of first-generation college students. This position supports initiatives funded in part through the U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) grant and helps maintain the First-Gen Den community space in the FLITE building. In this role, the student serves as a program representative and campus resource liaison, connecting first-generation students to campus resources, academic expectations, and college life while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes engagement, persistence, and student success. | |
