What you will get to do:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends
- Leverage deep product knowledge and industry insights to develop competitive and innovative products
- Continuously monitor revenue, costs, and product performance, driving initiatives for growth and profitability
- Conduct in-depth research on customer needs, user behavior, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless discovery and delivery processes
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Manage product operations to ensure smooth delivery, scalability, and ongoing support of products
- Utilize data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate progress
- Demonstrate championing skills by promoting the product vision and gaining buy-in at all levels of the organization
- Exhibit strong leadership skills by inspiring teams and driving product initiatives with clarity and purpose
- Manage product lifecycles from ideation through delivery and post-launch optimization
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus) or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles
- Proven track record of successful product development, discovery, delivery, and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of (Supply Chain services is a plus) industry trends, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Experience with continuous improvement, agile methodologies and product management frameworks
