Project Manager - Walker, Michigan
DISHER is partnering with a local, family-owned commercial door company to identify a Project Manager to join their team in Walker, MI. This organization specializes in providing industry leading commercial door installation and service. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and executing project estimates, customer order intake, and customer service.

What you will get to do:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
- Obtain and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals for submission to clients.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Communicate with customers to answer technical questions and provide updates on scheduling changes.

- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office experience required.
- Background: The candidate must be a good cultural fit for the company and able to pass a background investigation, including a nationwide criminal record search and other relevant background information.
