SUMMARY: The Technical labs assistant performs one-on-one instruction to assist students and aid student success. He/she also assists in the maintenance of the technical labs. These responsibilities are performed in an ethical manner consistent with the University’s mission, vision and cultural values. RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply knowledge of appropriate discipline. Assist students with course work. Work with Professional lab assistants, faculty and staff to provide quality service. Maintain technical labs. Provides GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers. Demonstrate and promote the University Cultural Values. Understand and abide by all external and internal regulations and policies. This includes NCAA, GLIAC and national affiliations associated within athletics or other role specific regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.
