About the Practice
Corewell Health Virtual Primary Care is a modern, fully virtual primary care practice designed to meet patients where they are—offering convenient, accessible care that fits into even the busiest schedules. Our team of five full-time providers delivers comprehensive primary care services exclusively through virtual visits, serving patients across the state of Michigan.
Despite being fully virtual, our practice provides the same scope of care as a traditional in-person primary care office. Through strong partnerships with in-person care sites and seamless referral coordination to specialists, we ensure patients receive hands-on services when needed while maintaining continuity of care within our virtual model.
Our Medical Assistants play a vital role in supporting both patients and providers in this innovative environment. Responsibilities include chart preparation, patient registration, virtual patient rooming, answering phones, scheduling, referral management, in-basket support, and other administrative and clinical tasks that keep our practice running efficiently.
This hybrid position combines remote work with on-site responsibilities at our Care Center located at 2750 East Beltline NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525, offering flexibility while maintaining connection to a collaborative care team.
Training for this role will be on-site up to 4 weeks or more.

Monday 6:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday 6:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday 6:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
