Job Summary
At Priority Health, we’re committed to improving the health and lives of the people we serve. This role plays a key part in that mission by leading the development and execution of member communication strategies that are clear, meaningful, and aligned with business priorities.
You’ll partner closely with Customer Experience, Consumer Insights, and teams across the organization to understand member needs and deliver communications that make it easier for our members to navigate their health and coverage. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong collaboration, leadership, and a passion for improving the member experience.
Essential Functions
Strategy & Planning
Lead the development of member communication strategies that align with business goals and support a simple, connected member experience
Translate business needs into clear, actionable communication plans and campaigns.
Use data and insights to shape strategy, measure effectiveness, and guide continuous improvement.
Ensure all communications meet regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
Execution & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end delivery of communication programs, from planning through production and distribution.
Partner with creative, digital, web, and IT teams to bring communications to life in a way that is clear, engaging, and accessible.
Stay close to the work—stepping in as needed to ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency.
Manage timelines and resources to deliver high-quality work that meets business needs.
Collaboration & Partnership
Build strong relationships with partners across Customer Experience, Medical/Pharmacy, Sales Support, and lines of business.
Act as a connector across teams, ensuring communications are aligned, consistent, and support shared goals.
Provide guidance and consultation to help partners communicate effectively with members.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Leverage data, member feedback, and industry best practices to improve communication effectiveness.
Share insights and results with stakeholders in a way that is clear and actionable.
Help shape and evolve how we use data to better understand and serve our members.
Vendor & Resource Management
Partner with external vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality work.
Support selection and management of partners across data, strategy, and creative services.
Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets Priority Health standards.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
Set clear expectations and provide direction to help team members succeed.
Support ongoing learning and professional development.
Manage performance and talent processes in alignment with organizational values.
Compliance & Operations
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, company, and safety requirements.
Contribute to a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Business preferred
Preferred Master's Degree
7 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications Required
5 years of relevant experience supervisory/leadership Preferred
3 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience in the development, design and execution of business to consumer marketing strategies. Required
3 years of relevant experience Ability to identify opportunities and streamline processes; continuous improvement. Required
Experience working knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot Preferred
