Join the Corewell Health Office of Medical Education in West Michigan as a Communications Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with residents and fellows in West Michigan, and the wider medical community. This dynamic position blends creativity and strategy, focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, social media engagement through digital content creation, event and website management. From interviewing physicians and writing compelling blog posts to developing large scale communications projects and curating DEI efforts, you'll have the opportunity to influence the future of healthcare by helping recruit and retain a diverse and talented workforce if you thrive in a collaborative, yet independent environment and love turning ideas into impactful messages. Works in a highly collaborative team environment involving extensive coordination of the design, development, implementation, execution and distribution of communications plans for Corewell Health, including all related materials for internal and/or external clients. Point of contact for clients. Daily and project management supervised by Manager. Produces variety of communications materials. Ensures that all materials meet established Corewell Health brand standards.
