The following description of job responsibilities and standards are intended to reflect the major responsibilities and duties of the job, but are not intended to describe the duties or other responsibilities that will be assigned as deemed necessary.
Must fill out completed work orders and/or daily time sheets and turn them in on a daily basis. Monitors and maintains required supplies and tools in a neat and orderly fashion insuring that proper inventory is maintained, tools are functioning properly and readily accessible and that the work/production areas are in a clean and neat manner as evidenced by management or regulatory observation. Notify management of needed supplies in a timely manner by filling out material request forms.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 5 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance, repair and installation of plumbing infrastructure in a 400,000 sq. ft. commercial, industrial or institutional facility. Performing operation, repair, and installation work to the plumbing infrastructure.
Licensure: Journeyman Plumber License, issued by the State of Michigan
