Who You Are:

We are searching for a driven and experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow business throughout the state of Michigan. Reporting directly to the President, this role is the key outside sales representative for our brand. If you're a go-getter, a hunter, and someone who is hungry for professional growth, this could be a role you'll excel in.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll have a supportive team behind you to familiarize yourself with the business, which will empower you to go out, prospect, and create connections to turn into long term partnerships. Specifically, you'll:

  • Bring your 5+ years of sales experience along with foundational knowledge of the industry to establish strong relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business

  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, a strong database of potential customers in our CRM, HubSpot, and market research across the state of Michigan

  • Utilize a high communication, customer-service oriented approach in interactions with customers, including product demonstrations, proposals, and technical sales presentations

  • Coordinate seamless handovers to the inside sales team, moving with agility to the next prospect

  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activity utilizing our ERP systems, NetSuite

  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by selling additional capabilities

  • Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and operations to bring excellent service to our customers

  • Strategize with company leadership to continue to grow the business, having your pulse on market intelligence and industry trends

  • Engage actively in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
