The Opportunity

Are you someone who geeks out over campaign data, knows how to squeeze more performance out of a Google Ads account before lunch, and can translate that into a clear story for a client? Deksia is looking for a Digital Specialist to shape digital strategy and execute paid media, search, email, and analytics across a portfolio of clients. In this role you will build campaigns, analyze performance, guide content direction in real time, and bring recommendations to the table for our clients. What You'll Do and What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience to build, launch, and actively manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn (bonus if you've worked in OTT and TikTok).

  • Own and execute SEO/AEO/GEO strategies that drive results using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush, and staying current on what's changing in search.

  • Have an analytical, data driven mindset to monitor and analyze performance across all channels, identify trends and opportunities, and share feedback for improvement

  • Be comfortable communicating with clients to discuss digital strategies, report on progress, and provide actionable recommendations

  • Build and run email campaigns end-to-end, using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo to drive engagement

  • Enjoy collaborating across teams such as creative and content and showing up as a proactive partner who follows through and looks for ways to improve outcomes
