Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and visitors
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, mailings, and faxes
- Provide administrative support to managers and office staff, including event planning
- Handle general Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes
- Maintain and update customer and vendor databases, and coordinate documentation for new accounts
Office Administrator Qualifications: To be considered for the Office Administrator position, applicants should:
- Have a minimum of three years of administrative experience
- Possess at least one year of bookkeeping experience
- Demonstrate professional writing and speaking skills
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities
