What we are looking for:
We are seeking an Associate Packaging Engineer II to support the development, commercialization, and global expansion of packaging solutions for our Nutrition portfolio. This is an entry-level role that will give you the opportunity to learn different parts of the packaging process, to eventually be a packaging subject-matter expert. You’ll take packaging designs through early concept through first production, distribution, and end of life, partnering with teams across product development, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, marketing, regulatory, and external suppliers.
To create packaging, you will partner with our industrial designers and external vendors. The role supports packaging formats ranging from bottles, cartons, stick packs, sachets, and canisters to gummies, bars, and ready-to-drink products. What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an Associate Packaging Engineer II to join our Nutrition Research & Development organization. In this role, you will help develop and commercialize packaging solutions for nutrition products sold around the world. You will partner with teams across product development, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, marketing, and regulatory affairs to ensure packaging solutions deliver exceptional product protection, manufacturability, sustainability, and consumer experience. You will contribute throughout the entire development lifecycle—from concept creation and package profiling through commercialization and market expansion. This role provides exposure to a wide range of packaging formats including bottles, supplement packs, cartons, stick packs, sachets, canisters, and shipping systems. You'll have opportunities to work directly with suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and cross-functional project teams while helping bring new nutrition innovations to market. The team places a strong emphasis on learning, mentorship, and technical development, regularly sharing knowledge across packaging disciplines.
