Ready to build the "Invisible Integration" backbone for a global ecosystem? We’re looking for a powerhouse engineer who is equal parts coder, architect, and DevOps champion. Reporting to our Manager of Enterprise Integrations, you’ll be the driving force behind turning legacy platforms into hyper-scalable, cloud-native marvels.
This isn't just a high-level strategy role; you’ll be in the trenches—spending 50%+ of your time on hands-on execution—while also mentoring global teams in India and Malaysia. We value "pioneering innovation," which means we want someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo or tackle difficult business problems with courage. If you’re a results-oriented pro who thrives on diversity, mutual respect, and building high-visibility solutions for 100+ countries, we want to talk.
The Logistics: We’re big on work-life balance, but we do need you to jump on early or late calls occasionally to sync with our global hubs.

What’s special about this team:
This team highly favors the Wingman Protocol; each of our team members can step in to handle any part of the process. We believe our success is connected and we serve the needs of our global partners because we know we are better together. We put the communities we serve first, building trust and collaboration through a You First, Me Second mindset. We trust and respect each other, recognizing the complementary skills necessary to achieve shared success. Our primary metric is team anti-fragility: the ability to operate at 100% efficiency even when any one member is offline. We prioritize a 100% T-shaped skill distribution and shared accountability, where we hold ourselves and each other to high standards while taking responsibility for our mistakes.
