We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our U.S. recruitment team. In this role, you’ll support a variety of hiring needs across the organization, helping to attract and recruit top talent for key operational and business functions. This position will manage a mix of salaried and hourly roles, and plays a critical role in driving efficient, full-cycle recruitment strategies that ensure the right talent is identified and hired. Our Talent Acquisition team uses a variety of tools, both homegrown and SaaS, to fill our roles and advise our client groups.
This key role will offer a wide variety of exposures, providing a platform for continued growth in recruitment, project management, and stakeholder management and a very cohesive team that executes recruiting strategies with velocity. Your voice will matter here. The attraction of key talent is a cornerstone of Amway’s success, and you will play a huge part in that.
There may be travel in this role, but it will not be a large component.
Your success will be measured on your effectiveness in filling requisitions, the strategies you bring to the table, and how effectively you assist your assigned client groups.

The Talent Acquisition team provides a strong talent pipeline and delivers talent for job openings at Amway. We deliver this talent while providing the best possible experience for our candidates and hiring managers. We manage the hiring process from the initial strategy session through the posting and interviews to offer negotiation and acceptance.
This is a small but high-performing team, our recruiters typically manage up to 20 open requisitions and project work. This role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, who will invest in your development and assist you in overcoming obstacles.
