What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a strategic CRM expert to define and drive Amway’s global CRM vision and program. This individual will shape how Amway builds meaningful, data-driven relationships with Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and customers through personalized, timely, and value-rich content and communications. The Global CRM Senior Specialist will establish the strategies, frameworks, and operational excellence needed to deliver engagement, loyalty, and business growth through modern CRM practices. As a leading global voice of CRM excellence, this person will set the direction for how Amway connects across digital channels to create lasting relationships that drive business growth.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will define and lead Amway’s global journey marketing and personalization strategy ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the right time, through the right channel. You’ll map and optimize ABO and customer journeys across onboarding, education, purchase, reorder, and loyalty experiences, building scalable, automated CRM programs that use behavioral and transactional data to deliver personalized recommendations and next-best actions. You will oversee the planning and execution of global CRM campaigns that deliver cohesive storytelling and measurable impact. Partnering closely with global marketing, brand, sales, technology, and market teams, you’ll create frameworks, messaging, and CRM toolkits that regional partners can localize and activate. A key focus will be integrating CRM into global go-to-market (GTM) plans ensuring every product launch and innovation includes a CRM plan that supports awareness, education, purchase, and loyalty. You’ll develop GTM readiness checklists that help teams prepare audience segmentation, localization, data and information needs, and campaign triggers. You’ll champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. In partnership with analytics teams, you’ll monitor and analyze performance metrics, test and refine messaging and creative approaches, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a global CRM strategy and lifecycle framework that builds meaningful, data-driven relationships with ABOs and customers through personalized, timely communications.
Design and optimize end-to-end journeys, including onboarding, education, purchase, reorder, and loyalty, to deliver connected and relevant experiences.
Build automated CRM programs leveraging behavioral and transactional data to deliver personalized recommendations and next-best actions.
Define a global CRM channel strategy across email, app, push, SMS, and more balancing global consistency with local flexibility.
Plan global CRM campaigns aligned with integrated marketing initiatives, providing frameworks and content toolkits for localized activation.
Integrate CRM campaigns into global go-to-market (GTM) plans to support Amway’s product launch and innovation calendar with a clear strategy and readiness checklist.
Measure performance through dashboards and analytics, tracking key metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
Lead ongoing testing and data-driven optimization to refine messaging, creative, and targeting for improved engagement and conversion.
Share insights, benchmarks, and best practices to strengthen CRM excellence across global and market teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, creative, sales, and technology teams to align CRM strategies with business priorities and ensure seamless execution worldwide.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing automation, with proven success leading CRM strategy and execution across multiple markets or regions.
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and journey orchestration, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Hands-on experience with major CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns.
Experience operating in a global organization with sensitivity to localization needs and cultural nuances.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners through expertise and trust.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire teams across geographies.
Passion for CRM innovation, personalization technologies, and data-driven marketing.
Proven success driving measurable engagement, loyalty, and revenue outcomes through CRM programs.
Ability to adhere to Amway’s work expectations (onsite at Amway’s Ada, MI headquarters Monday through Thursday, normally remote Fridays).
Basic understanding of budgeting and financial reporting to track project spend.
