Job title: Senior Human Resource Generalist

Salary Range: $76,017 - $98,375/yr, plus Bonus

What we’re looking for:
An experienced HR Generalist who can support the policies and practices for our Technology and Innovation & Sciences groups that align with our strong Amway values and employment brand, and whose efforts establish a workplace environment envied in the marketplace. This work will support the delivery of HR activities for our Ada campus in the hourly and salaried spaces.
As a Senior Human Resource Generalist, you will wear many different hats in a diverse work setting. You will guide HR practices in an hourly laboratory environment, and partner with salaried workforce and leaders in an office corporate setting. Your ability to adjust your approach when offering workforce insights to leaders, or policy adherence in an hourly setting, will establish your success in this role. You will be responsible for implementing HR talent programs, policies, and operational procedures and will handle conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing internal/external environmental updates, which can influence current and future strategies. You will also have the opportunity to lead HR projects and will collaborate with HR Business Partners across the US on strategies, programs and policies. Your expertise, objectivity, and influence will be valued in this role.
