What we are looking for:
We are seeking an individual to join our ABO (Amway Business Owner) Incentives team in the role of ABO Sales Incentive Specialist. This position will help drive the advancement of our Amway Sales Plan by executing changes to the financial incentives that we offer our ABOs and ensuring that our ABO incentives are allocated and delivered properly.
The ABO Sales Incentive Specialist role is designed for you to obtain a deep level of understanding of the Amway Sales Plan, with which informed and strategic decisions will be made. In this role you will regularly work closely with the Incentive Design team, technology teams, and our global markets. You will lead the execution of the sales plan, which includes the timely delivery of sales plan changes, best-in-class qualification management, accurate bonus calculations, testing, and change management for our affiliates.
This team and specific role are crucial to the success of the Amway business as it rewards our ABOs for their hard work and business-building efforts. At the end of the ABO Performance Year (September to November), you will play an active role in ensuring that our ABOs receive the correct bonus payments.
Day to day –
Handling market incentive change requests, examining the feasibility of making the change in the system
Testing incentive changes in the system
Conducting User Acceptance Testing of any changes in the system
Ensuring bonus payments are accurate and being paid to the correct ABO, and then reconciling any errors
This position will be hybrid remote/in office, with on-campus days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. You will also have to travel to our international markets occasionally.
Required qualifications:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in General or International Business, Analytics, Training, or Sales
Experience working using Agile processes and principles (Proficiency in Jira, Confluence)
Experience working with detailed data and working with business software systems
BS degree in Business or a related discipline
Ability to travel to international markets (1-2x per year)
